SCOPE (Standing Committee on Professional Exchange) & SCORE (Standing Committee on Research Exchange) are the departments that brings people together. Wether they are from the northern hemisphere or the southern hemisphere, vegans or meat lovers, students or graduates, shy or extrovert, our Big Blue Team brings them all together to form this beautiful diverse family.

We promote not only the concept of Global Health but also intercultural exchanges and connections between students from all over the world. The Professional Exchanges prepare enthusiastic students for the hospital environment and the Research Exchanges will offer new perspectives on the latest discoveries in the medical world.

This team is known for giving the opportunity to have life changing experiences in countries that we didn’t even dream about.

Contact Person Team

The members will be assigned to an incoming and they will have to make sure that they have the most amazing experience in our city. They will make sure that they arrive safely from the airport/bus station to the dorm, that they are guided to the hospital on the first day of exchange, they will provide information regarding the tourist attractions and activities, they will answer their questions whenever they need and they will go out with them as much as possible.

Secretary

The chaos can be nice sometimes, but we love to keep our business in order and that’s why we are looking for the best secretary around. We won’t ask you to spend infinite hours surrounded by papers, but we will need your help to reward the activities of our hardworking Contact Persons with the right points. Are you ready to be a person that will bring happiness on everyone’s face?

Logistics

Who does not love gifts? We do not know about you, but we love to offer to our incomings the best good looking and the most delicious Welcome Kits. Your job will be to prepare the Welcome Kits for our incomings, so if your passion is to order things or to go shopping, you are our person!

Fundraising

Discounts? Who said discounts?! We all love DISCOUNTS!! The student life is hard, especially when you are in a foreign country, that’s why we need you to help us get some juicy promotions for our incomings. If you have a persuasive voice or you know how to talk with sponsors, come and join our team!

Scientific

An exchange is not all about parties and visiting a country in one month. We have to provide to our incomings some academic activities and the workshops are the best way to do this. If you know how to organize a workshop or you have good relationships with amazing professors, you are the person we are looking for.

Social

They say that ”you can recover a lecture, but not a party”, is it true or not? We should ask our previous incomings.The social program can make the difference between a basic exchange and an unforgettable, amazing, incredible exchange. That’s why we need a person to keep an eye on the social program and to find the most crazy activities for our incomings. Are you ready to do this?

Graphics

Are you a graphic wizard with an interest in turning pixels into personality? We’re looking for creative minds that can turn a blank canvas into a masterpiece! Responsibilities include logo-making, posters, as well as different social-media templates. Basic knowledge in Canva or Photoshop is required.

Social Media

Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok and all the other social media platforms, well, we are there too and we love to be Mr. Worldwide. We are looking for someone to take care of our image and to make our incomings and outgoings famous on our Instagram and Facebook page. Are you ready to promote our work everywhere?
